The Airsoft3D Helio M727 Underbarrel Shotgun is a science fiction airsoft shotgun. It is not a replica of any existing real firearm. However, it fires airsoft BB in a realistic manner using airsoft shotgun shells (sold separately). The single shot loading system gives the operator the flexibility to quickly react in a dynamic environment. The operator has the control to make the decision and load the appropriate airsoft round for that threat. No need to empty a tube or change magazines. Simply unlock the airsoft shotshell, slide it out, and load the suitable round.
WARNING

Altering the coloration or markings required by state or federal law or regulations so as to make this product look more like a firearm is dangerous, and may be a crime. Brandishing or displaying this product in public may cause confusion and may be a crime. Only use airsoft equipment in a certified or regulated sporting event or competition.
This instruction applies to: 1) Helio M727-A Underbarrel Shotgun, which fires the APS CAM870 airsoft shotgun shell; 2) Helio M727-G Underbarrel Shotgun, which fires the Goblin Solo/Deuce airsoft shotgun shell. Please refer to the APS CAM870 instruction and/or Goblin Solo/Deuce instruction for the charging, filling, and the maintenance of the respective shotshells.
In addition to Helio M727-A (for APS CAM870 shotshell) and Helio M727-G (for Goblin Solo/Deuce shotshell), there are two versions of the Helio M727 Underbarrel Shotgun. Only the barrel length differs between the two versions--full length and long. The full length version covers the entire shotshell, but no more, giving you a futuristic look but still provides weapon maneuverability. The long version has a barrel that is double the length of the shotshell. Choose the version that is appropriate for your application.
The Helio M727 Underbarrel Shotgun is compatible with Picatinny tactical rail. It is designed to meet the MIL-STD-1913 and STANAG 2324 standards. Therefore, it should be able to mount to any airsoft gun or paintball marker that has a standard Picatinny rail. It is also compatible with Weaver rails.
If your airsoft gun or paintball marker does not have Picatinny rail, it is highly likely there is a Picatinny rail accessory that you can purchase and install on your equipment.
Before you can install the Helio M726 Underbarrel Shotgun to your airsoft rifle, you will need to acquire a #6x1.25" screw and nut (sold separately). You can acquire the screw and nut at your local home improvement store (e.g. Home Depot, Lowes, etc.)
Installation is very similar to other Picatinny accessory. However, the Picatinny mount on the Helio M727 Underbarrel Shotgun is one piece, therefore, you will need to slide it onto a Picatinny rail. In order to do so, you'll have to remove the screw first, slide the underbarrel shotgun onto the rail, then fasten the screw and nut.
WARNING
Do not load a real shotgun shell into the Helio M727 Underbarrel Shotgun. The Helio M727 is designed for airsoft use only. It is not designed to fire a real shotgun shell.
Loading the shotshell into the Helio M727 Underbarrel Shotgun is easy. First, tilt your airsoft gun upward to swing the activation button away. Load the shotshell from the bottom of the Helio M727, front of the shotshell in first. Then push the entire shotshell upward until it snaps into place. Then tilt the airsoft gun down/forward to let the firing button drop. You are ready to fire the airsoft shotshell.
Once the shotshell is loaded, the shotshell may be activated by pushing the firing button (at the rear of the Helio M727 Underbarrel Shotgun). The firing button has a push pin on the other side to activate the shotshell. When firing the shotshell, be sure to push firmly and quickly so that the full power of the gas can be applied to the airsoft BBs. However, do not push it so hard that you break the Helio M726 Underbarrel Shotgun off the tactical rail.
Once the shotshell has been fired, it is spent. You can remove the shotshell by tilting your airsoft gun upward to swing the activation button away. Then put your thumb on the back of the shotshell and pull it downward, out of the Helio M727 underbarrel shotgun.
