Q: I purchase a replica gun, but the removable compensator broke off. What are my options?: A: Sorry to hear that the stud snapped off. Use a twisting motion when you insert and remove the compensator to prevent that from happening. You have several options:

You can glue the compensator onto the pistol if you have no intention to ever remove it again.
The broken stud can be pushed further into the pistol with a rod. If you purchase the replica gun from one of our online retailers and the return window is still in effect, contact the online retailer to get a replacement compensator. You will likely need to provide photos of the failure or return the failed compensator (depends on the online retailer's store policy). If the return window has expired, you may purchase a replacement compensator.
If you are dissatisfied with the product and the return window is still in effect, you may return the compensator and the pistol to the online retailer, that you purchased from, for a full refund on the product.

Q: Hello, I have seen that you have two versions of Leon's gun, one printed in PLA and one in PETG I was wondering if you had pictures of each and which appears to be the smoothest of the two? Thank you!: A: Thank you for your inquiry. In regards to the smoothest, they are both exactly the same, because they are both printed on the same type of FDM 3D printers. There would be virtually no difference texture wise.

The difference is purely in the PLA/PETG plastic quality. Each type of plastic has its advantages and disadvantages with our customer wanting one or the other depending on their intended purpose. I suggest doing some research on line regarding PLA and PETG to determine what's best for you.
