Q: Are your products pre-made?: A: Our products are build-to-order through our point-of-sales (POS) vendors--Sculpteo, Shapeways, and i.Materialise. Therefore, you will always get the latest innovation of our products when you order through our POS vendors.

Q: What is the delivery time for my order?: A: Each of our POS vendor has different manufacturing time, but it usually averages around 2 to 3 weeks. Our POS vendor will provide you with schedule estimates during check out and keep you updated on the progress.

Q: Can I get your products faster?: A: 1) We have several retail partners on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. These retail partners carry our Pro products and our HP+ products, pre-made, so that they can be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. They carry small quantities of each products, therefore, as we improve our designs, they will always get the latest innovation quickly. You can find them by searching for Airsoft3D products on Amazon and eBay. 2) Some of our retail partners has license to build our PE+ products on order for you. They can ship out most of our products within 3 business days. Please contact them to see what they can do for you.

Q: What are the difference between your Pro, HP+, and PE+ products?: Please see our Materials guide.

Q: Do you do customize designs?: A: We can design practically anything. Contact us and let us know what you need. We'll see what we can do.

Q: How do Shapeways' Versatile Plastic compare to Shapeways' Premium Plastic?: The premium plastic is slightly smoother and more polished than the versatile plastic. But we feel that the difference is relatively minor. The following two photos show the same muzzle device, but 3D printed using the two different type of plastic. First photo is the versatile plastic. Second photo is the premium plastic.
