Pop quiz, hot shot. You are one element in a four men fire team. You are on your way breach and clear out a building as per your mission. Half way down the alley way, enemy tangos stick their head out and eliminate the first two elements. The last two elements, including you, are able to fire enough shots to cause the enemy tangos to duck back into the door way. You do not know the exact number of tangos in the building. What's the best course of action from this point forward?
The diagram below depict the situation described above. The two eliminated team mates are marked in red X's. Enemy tangos are marked with red ?'s.
This situation is a real occurrence at our local indoor CQB airsoft field. So, more likely than not, you will encounter such a situation in your airsoft career. What would you do?

Ok, this question has been dangling for the last six months. It's time I post the solution.
I was the last man in this airsoft operation. The element in front of me had ducked to the right.
In the moment of haste, I decided to put down suppression fire toward the enemy while walking briskly forward to the door. I turned at the doorway and fired at both enemies point blank range. Both of them raised their hands and screamed out if fear. Then one of them said, "Wait a minute, you are dry firing!" So we parlayed.
In this case, I was a MilSim player, using 30-round magazines. By the time I had gotten to the doorway, I had already used up my ammunition. If I was more trained, I would have pulled out my pistol and eliminated the two enemies.

The previous message was my real-life experience in this situation. But let's get down to the textbook solutions. I can think of three.
Element 3 and element 4 will move forward with one man suppression fire to keep the enemies' heads down. Second man steps up to provide suppression fire when the first man reloads. Either man pulls out the pistol or use the reloaded rifle to eliminate enemies at the door way.
Element 3 and element 4 puts down suppression fire to keep the enemies' heads down. The remaining fire team moves back to disengage the enemies.
Element 3 puts down suppression fire to keep the enemies' heads down. Element 4 moves toward the doorway by the barrels and clear the room from flanking position.
This solution has additional risks of its own as there are, potentially, unknown threats from the top and right of the image.
