Wanted to share some drills I've found that I think will be good for folks to run.
The El Presidente Drill

This is a fun drill that you can do in the backyard or in your garage. It will help with figuring out your gear setup, practice key movements, and help with familiarizing with your gun better. For example it can help you with reloading faster and help with trigger control to shoot faster
Another drill similar to the above is the 22422 drill:

You can even add in movement and increase the range to further increase your skills. These drills can also help make sure your gun will perform after making modifications or seeing if you like with a certain piece of gear before taking to the field.
