Here's a good video demonstrating good 2 man team. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmmbGBDwwqM
Things to notice while watching the above video:
-How they are constantly searching and assessing for threats throughout the entire video from start, while during contact, to the end of the fight.
-How they move from one location to the next
-Avoiding muzzle sweeping each other
-Moving one piece of cover to another quickly
-Constantly and loudly communicating when they're moving,
-Communicating when they need to reload
-How they cover for each other when one calls out he is going to move or when one calls he is reloading
-How the communicate when they are done moving or reloading so the other knows.
-Not only communicating by voice but also by touch
-How when they are right behind each other that they stay in constant contact to know exactly where each other is and doing
-All while keeping their eyes on and maintaining sustained fire at the enemy.
I think this is what we should be working on as a team. Shoot. Move. Communicate.
This video is more instructional on working as a 2 man team

Other stuff we can work on by ourselves such as doing drills to better our movement, shooting, and weapons and gear manipulation. If you want specific link and I can send those out too.
Here's Travis Haley (former Force Recon Marine and Blackwater member) on how he trains with airsoft

He practices using cover, weapons manipulation, and even different shooting positions.
Bonus:
Here he is talking about being in Blackwater at the Battle for Najaf with some actual combat footage of him being a complete badass

Thanks for sending out those #tactical #training links. It helped me understand several new subtle concepts. I am glad to see people reading and sharing tactical training #resources. If you come across any more in the future, please post it, because it does help.
