Can you set this to fire on semi auto only no matter what position the fire selector is in and disable the automatic fire when holding down the trigger? I am building a DMR and I need semi only to have it shoot at a higher fps

Yes, the full auto can be fully disabled. And you can set the burst to single shot to simulate semi-auto.
