I think it is just the end of the year sale. I don't think they are actually closing. They have a store in Seattle, so there is no reason for them to close. And they supposedly recently renovated their Irwindale CQB arena. Shoulda gone to see what that's about to gauge their health.

If they're not closing they did a poor job of wording their sale (I did a straight copy/paste):

Remember TacCity and Airsplat are two different business entities that shared the building space. Maybe TacCity expanded into AirSplat's warehouse?? I hope you are right in that they are just having a clearance sale or maybe they are moving to a better location(maybe closer?). I only posted this sale so that people could take advantage of the fire sale, I don't know if its politically or business motivated.
