Wobbly Floating Quad Rail on M4

I got a M4 with floatig quad rail. It is wobbly, because it's the quick detach version. The photo below shows the quick detach ring. How do you guys stiffen it up?

If you need a Picatinny riser, you can use a long one as a bridge across the two top rails. Kills two birds with one stone.
