Goggle fogging up during the middle of a combat situation is probably the most annoying thing in the world. Although not a life or death situation, every second still counts. So here are some suggestions to keep you focused on the game, rather than staring at the fog.
MotoSolutions FogTech Anti-Fog 30ml Bottle Paintball or Glasses - Anti-fog spray is probably the best defense against goggle that fogs. This particular one is easy to use. Just wipe it on and let it dry; no buffing necessary.
Airsoft/Paintball Mask FOG WIPER - There is probably no perfect way to keep goggles from fogging up. That's just what happens when your skin is tightly enclosed in a small confined space. But if it does fog, you can use this fog wiper to quickly wipe the fog away. Probably the best idea that came along for this problem.

Scruba divers uses baby shampoo to prevent fogging their goggles. Wipe the goggle with baby shampoo. Then use water to rinse it. Do not wipe. Let the residue dry. That will prevent fogging.
