Water Bottles are Excellent for Handling Airsoft BB's

Airsoft BB's usually comes in bags or large plastic containers. They are hard to handle for loading BB's into a BB loader or directly into a high cap magazine. Over the years, I've discovered a great way to handle airsoft BB's using "free" water bottles.

It's easy to carry airsoft BB's to a field. And if necessary, they are easy to carry on your vest for in-game reloading. In this thread, I will show you how to efficiently transfer all your BB's with water bottles.

First thing to do is to dry all your empty water bottles. Rinse them out and make sure there is no sticky residue inside. Place them and the bottle caps in a dry place. After a few days, they will dry out through evaporation.

Airsoft BB's comes in different weight, types, and colors. So I usually have a bottle for each category. In the photo below, I labed a bottle for "0.2 bio" for biodegradeable and "0.2 non-bio" for regular. The bottles are transparent, so I can easily see if the BB's are white, sand, black, or some other color.

Once the bottle is dry, use a funnel on the bottle to make it easy to pour in the BB's. A funnel is only a few bucks at your local store. You can also order one from amazon.

I cut the end of my plastic funnel to make it larger, so that BB's flow faster.

Depends on the bottle size, you may need multiple bottles for a large bag of airsoft BB.

With water bottles, loading the BB into the magazine loader or a high-cap magazinr. You just pour the BB's in as shown in the photo below. It practically eliminates BB loss in the loading process.
