I wasn't aware that the U.S. military personnel wore camouflaged boots until my friend mentioned it to me. "Really!?" I answered in surprised at the time. For some reason, I had the perception that they wore black boots. I had to convince myself, so I looked up military camouflage on Wikipedia. Sure enough, the U.S. Army soldier wore desert camou boots.
