I followed the video instructions to take apart the base plate of my leaking gas mags. Then I sprayed silicon lubricant on the O-rings. The mag stopped leaking after I put them back together.
The Permatex 81724 Sensor-Safe Ultra Blue RTV Silicone Gasket Maker mod presented in the video is great if you never want to take apart your magazine. It also prevent any potential leaks from the base plate.
But the simple silicon lubricant maintenance is sufficient to keep your mags in great working condition. And you can use your magazines right afterward; unlike the three day wait for the gasket maker.

Also remember to keep gas in your mags. I see many people empty the mag before going home . I always give a 1-2 second squirt of green gas before packing up , its more important if you use propane.
I used to use silicone spray, and found that dry out really fast. I found this silicone lubricant from Killer Bee Airsoft,
https://killerbeeairsoft.com/shop?olsPage=products%2Fpremium . . .
It seemed to work terrific on the seals, as well on the bucking .
The RTV does the trick if you dont have a replacement seal, but maintaining your mags will hopefully prevent you from needing the gasket maker.
Great video and instructions.
