In the past, I have always wondered if low-power electronic gun (LPEG) uses the same magazine as the high-power electronic gun (HPEG). Now that I have a LPEG MP5 and a HPEG MP5, I'm finally ready to answer that question. I will use low-cap magazines from both types of guns to demonstrate the answer.
From the photo below, you can see the two magazines are quite different. The magazine on the left is for the Cyma CM.023 MP5 LPEG. The magazine on the right is for the JG M5-S6 MP5 HPEG. Right off the bat, you can see the BB feeding hole are in different positions.
