The Echo1 Red Star IGOR has a 428mm inner barrel. From Brian at Echo1's video below, it doesn't take up the entire length of the outer barrel. Does anyone know the proper inner barrel length that would fill up the length of the external barrel?

I measured the length from the end of the bucking to the front of the orange tip... a 470mm inner barrel will fit.

Thanks, Phil. Looking forward to upgrading the stock 6.04mm 428mm inner barrel with a 6.01mm 470mm inner barrel. I think I need to get a chrono first to see the FPS the upgrade provides.

I upgraded the Echo1 Red Star IGOR from a 428mm barrel to an Angel Custom 6.01mm 470mm inner barrel. The original velocity was 367 FPS. After the upgrade the velocity jumped to an average of 400 FPS! That was a rather simple upgrade to get the VSS to the field limit.

I feel the stock ported cylinder in the Echo1 Red Star IGOR VSS Vintorez is not sufficient for the longer 470mm inner barrel. I have just upgraded the ported cylinder to a non-ported cylinder last night. But I have not tested it at a range yet.
