It freaking dry fires after two or three shots. The gun is the Jing Gong G608 Airsoft Electric Gun K36c AEG. I ordered it a few days ago and just got it today.

That sucks.
Are you going to return it? Or fix it? Or get local store to fix it?

I am going to try adjusting the hop-up and filling the mag to capacity. If that doesn't work, I'll contact airsplat. They have a 60 day warranty to repair, or 15 day to return.

You have a winding magazine, right? If so, you have to wind the magazine until it either stop winding or the winding feel changes. After inserting the magazine into gun, the feeding is going to cause it to unwind. You need to wind it again after inserting it into the gun or it'll dry fire after a few rounds. See this article...

Thanks for the help. The gun works fine now. Looks like I have to wind the magazine after inserting it into the gun.
