One thing that every airsoft player will experience some time during the life of the airsoft electronic gun (AEG) is that it fires multiple BB's. The culprit usually lies in the bucking. You see, it is the bucking that prevents multiple BB's from loading into the hop-up. The circular lip blocks the BB from entering the hop-up until the nozzle pushes the BB through the lip. There are two reasons why the bucking would allow multiple BB's to feed...
1. The bucking is ripped, especially along the lip. A ripped lip has less resistance to the BB, allowing one or more BB's to feed into the hop-up, before the nozzle feeds the last BB. The remedy for this situation is to replace the bucking.
2. The bucking has too much lubrication on the lip. You need to lubricate the rubber a little to keep it from becoming brittle and fall apart. But putting too much on it causes the thin lubricant to run onto the lip and the inside of the bucking. A wet, lubricated lip allows one or more BB's to feed before the air nozzle feeds the last one. The remedy is to wipe off the excess lubrication from the inside and the lip of the bucking.
