A few days ago, some friends and I went to the airsoft field. One friend brought a JG G36C, it fires but it wouldn't feed any BB's. He ended up having to use a borrowed gun the entire night.
We never had an airsoft gun that won't feed before, so we couldn't help him on the spot. But after thinking about it over the weekend, my guess is that the tappet plate has failed. The tappet plate pulls the nozzle back in order to chamber a BB. Without the tappet plate to pull the nozzle back, the BB won't feed.
The following video demonstrates how the BB's chambered in a version 2 gearbox, which is very similar to the version 3 in the G36C:
