We have been hard at work building science fiction muzzle devices that makes your airsoft gun look awesome on the airsoft field, at a cosplay convention, and eye catching on a movie set. However, sometimes they can be confused as real firearm parts.
For about a week, Sculpteo has banned our fictional muzzle devices in their market place. Sculpteo has sited firearm violation of their term and conditions.
So we have explained to Sculpteo that airsoft guns and paintball marker do not fall under firearms definition by law. Other than an aesthetic effect, our fictional muzzle devices also has no real function on a firearm. In fact, our product description for the fictional muzzle devices states clearly: "WARNING: This muzzle device is designed for airsoft guns. It is NOT suitable for real firearms."
Sculpteo was very understanding after reviewing our case. They promptly reinstated our science fiction muzzle devices on their marketplace. We are very grateful for this support in the airsoft community.
Be sure to visit our Sculpteo Airsoft3D marketplace to support our airsoft expansion into the science fiction world:
